Unfortunately, I have trouble finding it nowadays and that is why I use the whole milk/vinegar solution. Feel free to use what pleases you:)Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05525851511177214027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630401171499916202.post-43058041641442818132012-03-05T20:14:46.623-06:002012-03-05T20:14:46.623-06:00I across your recipe as I was scrambling to whip u...I across your recipe as I was scrambling to whip up some corn bread to go along with a big pot of chili. I'd only ever made the box kind in the past but this was so easy and turned out so well. I didn't have any whole milk on hand, so I just decided to wing it with a mix of half and half and 1% milk (all I had around..) and tastes just fine to me. Next time I want to try it with the buttermilk effect to see if I notice any difference, but in the mean time I've got a new standby!

Thanks!Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02912778425256370921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630401171499916202.post-69867111762285082052012-03-03T18:38:39.081-06:002012-03-03T18:38:39.081-06:00Nicole- thanks for the info! One quick question: if I were to make this in muffin form (6 regular sized-muffin pan, or 24 mini muffin pan) how would that change the time and temp? Thanks so much!! Looks delish!

Staci - recipesbysheshe.blogspot.comShe-Shehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15849724786974033985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630401171499916202.post-79893790918488908562011-11-11T20:24:04.443-06:002011-11-11T20:24:04.443-06:00Lisa-
