We usually use wonton wrappers like you've done, but I thought the spinach would go well with the other flavors, and did it ever! I also left out the honey from the filling, b/c our sweet potato was quite sweet, and made a Pecorino broth. My fiancée and I *really* enjoyed this. Definitely a make again recipe.

Cheers and thanks for posting,

*Heather*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630401171499916202.post-17648624733557524042010-12-14T14:52:31.647-06:002010-12-14T14:52:31.647-06:00Lubos-

Took me awhile to make it, but I have 2 little kids to tend to also. So worth the time and effort today. I knew my husband was having a business lunch today which are usually heavy meals so I wanted to have something light for dinner. This is the perfect "light" meal!!!!! He actually went back for thirds and then had an extra bowl of the broth! He raved about the broth!! While the taste is so subtle on it's own when it's paired with the homeade ravioli......POW!!! You are bringing so much joy to my dinner table Nicole. Thank you:)Erinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630401171499916202.post-82588943355053290642010-12-08T16:47:41.948-06:002010-12-08T16:47:41.948-06:00Carolyn-
