You've just had a delicious dinner for two. Everything turned out just right. Now for the perfect capper to round out a rich, rewarding, in-home dining experience. It's a treat inside of a digestif. Chocolate and raspberry lusciousness is accentuated with a creamy top and a nice dusting of cocoa on the rim of the glass for a truffle-like kiss. You might want to make four:)
Printable RecipeChocolate Raspberry Truffle Cocktail
serves 2
2 ounces Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 ounces premium Vodka
1 1/2 ounces Chambord raspberry liqueur
Garnish
Lightly sweetened whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Cocoa powder
Fresh raspberries
Dip the rim of small cocktail/shot glasses into chocolate syrup then into cocoa powder; set aside.
Pour the chocolate liqueur, vodka, and raspberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder, and top with a fresh raspberry. Enjoy!
